Who pays Meor's success fee

Inspection period: 3 days. Once the seller marks the transfer complete, this is how long the buyer has to check the asset and confirm. If it expires with no response, escrow releases automatically.

It has not assessed whether this is a good investment, and it has not done due diligence on my behalf. That is my responsibility.
